Petri Nikkilä is the Global CEO of Openbank by Santander and Head of the Digital Consumer Bank's non-auto consumer business. He brings extensive experience in the European financial sector, particularly in digital banking. Prior to joining Santander, Petri led ING's global retail digital transformation and served as Head of Retail Banking for the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg. His career also includes leadership roles at Nordea and HSBC.

Przemek Gdański has been the CEO of BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. since November 1, 2017, and serves as Territory Head for all BNP Paribas Group companies in Poland.
Przemek graduated from the University of Gdańsk (MSc in Economics) and completed a one-year program in international banking and finance at Loughborough University in the UK. He participated in several professional and executive development programs at leading business schools around the world, such as IESE Business School (Advanced Management Program), Harvard Business School, London Business School, the Haas School of Business at the University of California Berkeley, Ashridge–Hult International Business School, HEC, Columbia Business School and INSEAD.
He has over 30 years of international banking experience. He has worked at leading banks in Poland and abroad, and since 2006 served on the management boards of banks Calyon (as CEO), BPH, Pekao SA and mBank.
Since 2019, he has been deputy president of Polish Confederation of Private Employers Lewiatan and a member of the advisory boards of Digital University. Since 2021, he has served as a+ member of the UN Global Compact Network Poland Programme Committee. The same year, he became a member of the advisory board of the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw and a partner in the prestigious international G100 Denim Club, an organization comprising leaders promoting gender parity and equality. He has chaired the council of the BNP Paribas Foundation since 2017.
In 2021, he was distinguished with the Market Visionary Award, granted by the IT@BANK conference. In 2019, he was named CEO of the Year by The Heart Warsaw, and Bank Manager of the Year 2018 by Gazeta Bankowa. In 2018, he won the title of Digital Shaper from the Digital Poland Foundation for outstanding contribution to digital transformation.
He has a proven record of supporting diversity, gender equality and women’s entrepreneurship. In March 2018, he was awarded Male Champion of Change accolade presented by Success Written with Lipstick Foundation.

Erki Kilu started at LHV in 2008 and has held various management positions within the company. He was the CEO at LHV Pank in Estonia from 2008 to 2020. From 2021, is the CEO at LHV Bank in the UK. He is building a new full-service bank in the UK. Erki holds a BBA, an MBA and an MSc in Engineering. Erki is a Fellow of the Chartered Banker Institute, former Chairman of the Estonian Banking Association, and a European Banking Federation Board member.

Mikael Wigell is Research Director at the Finnish Institute of International Affairs. He is also Adjunct Professor in International Political Economy at the Tampere University and Non-Resident Associate at the European Centre of Excellence for Countering Hybrid Threats (Hybrid CoE). He earned his PhD at the London School of Economics and he has been a Visiting Fellow at the Changing Character of War Centre, Oxford University. He has also been a Member of the Development Policy Committee of the Finnish Government and President of the Finnish International Studies Association. His work on geostrategy, geoeconomics, resilience policies and hybrid threats has appeared in scholarly journals such as International Affairs, World Development, The Washington Quarterly, Democratization, Comparative Strategy, and Global Affairs. He appears regularly in European media and has written a number of policy reports for the European Parliament and the Government of Finland. His latest book is as editor of the volume Geo-economics and Power Politics in the 21st Century (Routledge, 2018; 2020).

He has a keen interest in Startups and was CEO of the Lean Startup Company in EMEA and Entrepreneur in residence a the Techstars web3 accelerator. Alex MacLean is Citi’s Head of Cyber Security for Europe, Middle East & Africa. He joined Citi in June 2021 as Chief Information for Citi Europe Plc. He has overall responsibility for Cyber security in each of the 22 countries in Europe and across the Middle East and Africa. Alex leads Citi’s Chief Information Security Office (CISO) in the region including on areas such as regulatory management, strategy and project delivery. In recent years, Alex has been instrumental in both the enactment of DORA and coordinating Citi’s cyber readiness through the ongoing crisis in Russia, Ukraine.
Alex has close to 20 years' experience in private industry and prior to joining Citi has worked in multiple roles including CISO for Barclays Corporate Banking and head of Cyber Services at Sogeti, a Capgemini company.
